We at African Roots Coffee are proud to bring to you an exclusive range of premium 100% African Arabica coffees. To be noted is that these single origin estate coffees that are showcased are not blends and, being 100% African Arabica, they will be significantly lower in caffeine content than those blended with Robusta.

In bringing this exclusive range to you, it must be noted that like a good wine with terroir a critical determinant in the end product, these coffees offered will vary slightly from harvest to harvest, depending on, amongst other factors, those of altitude, aspect, rainfall and soil .

We do have the sole distribution South African rights for the Tanzanian and Kenyan premium coffees offered, however those that are showcased from other countries from time to time are chosen by us because of their unquestioned positive attributes.

African Roots is a Shongweni Famers market each Saturday from 06h30 - 10h30 and at Bellevue Market Kloof each last Friday of the month from 16h00 - 20h00.

We will also be at the Good Food and WIne SHow in Durban from the 30 Octover -01 November of this year.

Burundian Kiryama can also be purchased at Sprigs in Kloof and experienced at Cafe Goa in Queensburgh.
